Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account in the app, we remove personal information and training data from Tripath's active systems as part of that deletion flow, and the app clears local Tripath data on the device where the deletion was initiated, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for tax or legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
Tripath is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored or processed in countries outside your home country. When that happens, we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information in line with applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
